“Life’s got its own rhythm. I don’t always go along with your rhythm. It don’t always be what

you think it’s gonna be. That’s all life is… trying to match up them two rhythms. You ever match them up and you won’t have to worry about nothing.”

    -August Wilson, King Hedley II

    Sebastian Flores | Technical Director

Sebastian Flores has been in the theatre business since his first year at California State University, LA. From playhouses to small theaters, Sebastian has faced many challenges that led him to pursue his degree in Theatre (Design and Production). In his first year of college, he was in Civil Engineering, but soon came to the realization that his true passion was Theatre. Prior to CSULA, his first experience with theatre was popping into his high school drama class rehearsal and offered to help. An issue arose with the layout of the lights, and he envisioned a whole new plot, drew it all out on a piece of paper and brought it to life. That experience was the spark that lit the fire for the passion he has for theatre. Fast forward to CSULA, Sebastian contributed to a handful of shows in different theatre spaces including blackbox, intImate and 99-seat. One of his personal favorites was building the set of Angels in America by Tony Kushner. Sebastian has invested his time into 2Rhythms and filled several roles from Prop Master, Stagehand to eventually being Technical Director.
